Privacy Policy

How iVox Fitness collects, uses and protects your personal information.

This policy explains how iVox Fitness collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Data we collect

Name, mobile number, email, date of birth, address, fitness details, body measurements, progress photos (only if you upload them), attendance records, orders and payment references. We never store your card or UPI details; payments are processed by Razorpay.

How we use it

To run your membership, record attendance, provide training and nutrition services, deliver orders, send service messages and improve our services. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Our mobile app

The iVox Fitness app uses your camera only when you scan the gym QR code or take a progress or profile photo, and your photo library only when you choose a picture. It stores your sign-in securely on your phone. If you allow notifications, we keep a notification token for your phone so we can send membership, order, booking and support updates; it is deleted when you sign out. Fingerprint or Face ID unlock, if you turn it on, is handled entirely by your phone: we never receive your biometric data. Workouts you log without internet are kept on your phone until they are uploaded.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, from your account or by contacting us. Progress photos are private and visible only to you unless you choose to share them with your trainer.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself in the app (Me → Settings → Delete account) or on the website (Profile → Delete my account); see how to delete your account. Your profile, photos, measurements and sign-ins are removed immediately. Payments, invoices and orders are kept, without your name or contact details, for as long as tax law requires.
