What are the gym timings?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM and on Sunday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Book a free trial session through the contact page or at reception and a trainer will show you around.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Please speak to reception. Membership freezes are allowed for medical reasons or travel, as per the membership terms.
Do I get a personal trainer?
Plans that include personal training assign you a trainer. You can also book one-to-one sessions with any trainer on the Trainers page.
How do I check in?
Scan the QR code at reception with the iVox Fitness app, or show your membership QR code to the receptionist.
Are your supplements genuine?
Yes. All supplements are sourced from authorised distributors, and our FSSAI licence number is shown on every product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and cash or UPI at reception.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is created for every payment and can be downloaded from your account.
