Refund Policy

Membership fees are refundable in full if cancelled before the membership starts. After the start date, refunds are at the discretion of the management.

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, or to your iVox Fitness wallet if you choose.
