Delete your account

You can close your iVox Fitness account at any time, from the app or the website.

In the app

  1. Open the iVox Fitness app and sign in.
  2. Go to Me → Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password.

On the website

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Profile and choose Delete my account at the bottom.
  3. Confirm with your password.

Can't sign in?

Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in page first. If you no longer have access to your mobile number or email, contact us from the Contact page with the registered mobile number, and we'll close the account for you after confirming it's yours.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, mobile number, address, date of birth and emergency contact
  • Your profile photo, progress photos and body measurements
  • Transformation stories you shared, and your consent records are marked withdrawn
  • Your sign-ins on every device and your app notification tokens
  • Your notification settings

What is kept

Payments, GST invoices and orders are kept because Indian tax law requires us to keep them (generally for 8 years). They are no longer linked to your name, mobile number or email. Deletion happens straight away; any active membership ends with it and is not refunded automatically — ask the gym first if you want a refund.
